✯ Commander Kate Owens - A strict woman. She always puts 100% into her job as captain of the Borealis, doing her best to protect it and the people who call it home. Beneath that cold, clipped tone and steely expression is a heart of gold.

✯ First Officer Havtrax - A Krogan and a warrior by birth, Havtrax is a highly decorated officer, though now he is only three years from retirement and he's decided to take it easy. He's incredibly laid back, loves kids, and acts as everyone's kindly grandfather-figure.

✯ Chief of Security Trisha Evanson - A motherly figure whose a firm believer in 'tough love,' Evanson rarely spares words she doesn't have to. Time and some tough situations have aged her, but she's wiser for it and will give you succient advice if she thinks you could use it. However, get her talking about flowers and she'll talk your ear off.

✯ Science Officer Ballarin Strax - A Lunese man, Strax is highly warm blooded and prefers the cold (don't step into his office without a jacket). He's incredibly nervous around...just about everything, but he's really good at science and has a passion for biology, particularly with non-carbon based lifeforms.

✯ Strategic Operations Officer Atros Roy - Very stand-offish (and kind of a dick), Atros is rather arrogant and will readily correct you if he thinks you're wrong. He prefers his own company over anyone else's, but he gets his job done well and that's, ultimately, all that matters.

✯ Chief Engineer Teddy De Leon- Wise cracks and playful sarcasm galore, De Leon likes to keep things light and playful. He enjoys life and things it offers, though his favorite thing is technology; when it comes to work, all the jokes fall away.

✯ Chief Medical Officer Ryan Walker - Claims to be a human from Earth, but something seems just a little off about him. Ryan very rarely engages anyone on an emotional level outside of taunting those he considers beneath him. He's a medical miracle worker, and rumor has it that he can cure nearly any disease he comes across. Has a penchant for experimentation on living beings, which is tolerated due to his high level of skill.

✯ Medical Officer Kendrix Yomiko - An android awarded to Doctor Walker as a lab assistant, Yomiko has come into her own as far as medical research and earned herself a place on the medical team in her own right. She's been augmented by Doctor Walker with various tweaks, not least of which is the ability to turn off her sense of smell; very helpful when you work with degrading organisms for experiments! She has little desire to be human herself despite her appearance, but she does want to make friends and experience life while still balancing a promising medical career. Don't mind if she linefaces at you by the way. She still has trouble emoting.

✯ Counselor Dayn Celeste - Originally from the planet Agdistis, this man uses his soft tone and demure attitude to worm his way into his patient's hearts and get them to spill their troubles to him. He wants nothing more than to make people's lives better and help them with their problems.

✯ Head of Education Kunti Sumati - A very no-nonsense woman, Kunti is an elderly Dra'trzzi. She enjoys teaching others and, when she's pleased, her smile can light up a room; however, she does not tolerate bullshit, least of all from her students. She expects nothing but your best in your work, even if your best isn't perfect or even right; those two things, she can fix.

✯ Bartender Reshmi - An Eredar in race, he always seems open and friendly. If you need a shoulder to cry on, he'll offer his own. A friend to get righteously angry at how you've been mistreated? He's your guy! He's the sort of man who exudes trustworthiness and often has people telling him their life stories on the first meeting. Granted, the alcohol might help.
